When Nils Berlin is retained for an injury case, services will be rendered on a contingency fee basis. If there is no recovery, there will be no fee charged to the client.  However, the client is responsible for costs.  If an evaluation of your case reveals the need for expert testimony, our firm will retain expert witnesses, hire investigators, and take any necessary depositions.  We represent individuals who have been harmed as a result of the negligence of another person, business or governmental entity.  Types of cases that Nils Berlin will consider for client representation include the following:

• Motor Vehicle Accidents - Involving Passenger Vehicles, Trucks, Motorcycles, Boats and Buses
• Bicycle and Pedestrian Accidents
• Premises Liability including Slip and Falls - These cases may include actions involving poor inspection and maintenance of property, poor lighting, and poor security.
• Labor Law, Work Site Accident Cases - Construction Site Accidents, Scaffold or other workplace related injury cases.

• Catastrophic Injuries and Wrongful Death - We represent individuals who have been severely harmed or disabled as a result of the negligence of another person or entity.  We also represent the estates of those who have died, as a result of the negligence of another person or entity.
